PeepCode: RESTful Rails 1

Just finished watching topfunky’s latest Peepcode screencast on RESTful Rails. Highly recommended, even if you already “get it” with regards to RESTful routes, CRUD, etc. 9 bucks for an hour of watching someone actually put together an app and explain it all in plain terms… definitely worth it.

    Brian,

    I agree.

Although I had heard about PeepCode when it first came out, I was a bit hesitant to spend 9 bucks on a video without a preview of what it might look like (probably one of the things that they can do to easily increase sales - give a preview video not screenshots).

I have to say, it's totally worth it. For most people that learn something from visual experience (i.e. watching how something works and then attempting it on your own), this kind of knowledge dissemination is absolutely priceless.

There are 3 videos total (Basics of Textmate, RJS Templates, and as you mentioned RESTful Rails).

    Collect them all! :)
