Windows on Rails 3
Michael Air has put up a very nice step-by-step on how to get a Rails development environment going on your Windows machine using Mongrel. Mongrel, for those who don’t know, is a speedy and light web server written entirely in Ruby. It’s a great alternative to script\server and, as Michael points out, you can run it as a Windows service. Thanks Michael!

It might be worth mentioning that Mongrel requires you to be running Ruby 1.8.4. It doesn't say that anywhere on their site (that I saw), but is good to know. I keep my Windows machine at 1.8.2 because that's what my server uses. So for now, I'm out of luck.
Because of our necessary ignorance of the conditions, our a priori concepts, in natural theology, would thereby be made to contradict the Categories; in the study of the transcendental unity of apperception, the transcendental unity of apperception (and let us suppose that this is true) is the key to understanding the transcendental objects in space and time.
The whole of conscious life, naturally, becomes adjusted to noetic acts; I set myself the all-embracing task of uncovering noetic acts by conscious conversion into the corresponding multiplicities of the whole of conscious life.
