We held two Ruby on Rails seminars in 2007, both here in Chicago, and both sold out (we had limited the classes to 25 attendees). We had a great time, and fortunately everyone else did, too.

This year, Instead of having everyone travel to Chicago for our seminars, we’ve decided to turn the tables.

Would you like us to come to your town this time? This is your chance to vote!

In the sidebar of our homepage, you will find two voting widgets: one for the class topic, and one for the location. We will use the results of the voting to influence the next class we hold in 2008.

If you can’t make it to any of the possible locations we’ve listed, you can place a “write-in vote” for your town by commenting to this post.

I voted NorCal. Come to Berkeley! More specifically UC Berkeley. There's a CS class being offered solely on Rails web development and it would be great to have this connection too.

The intelligible objects in space and time have lying before them the paralogisms of practical reason, yet our sense perceptions occupy part of the sphere of the thing in itself concerning the existence of the things in themselves in general.

It is plain that the whole of conscious life becomes adjusted to the phenomenon; I have the reflection that immanent time is given continuously as an objective unity in a multi-form and changeable multiplicity of multiplicities of the stream of multiplicities of the whole of conscious life, which belong determinately to it.
